Fitness Programs

Check out “WHY WAIT?” our small group Personalized Training Program:

This is a 6 week program, one hour each week, which will teach you the proper techniques to make fitness a fun part of your everyday life, no matter where you work out. 
We will use standard weight room and cardio equipment and help you feel comfortable with the basics of fitness and strength training.
Workout sessions will be held in both the fitness centre and the weight room at King’s College.
At the conclusion of the “Why Wait?” program, you will have a complete workout routine, which you can use for years to come.

This Group Personal Training Program begins,  when You choose to begin!
Gather five or six of your friends and you can have this program on the day (evenings or weekends) of YOUR choosing!

Below is one of our previous 'group' Personal Training programs:  Contact us to create YOUR very own small ‘group’ training program!

This is a 5 week program, one hour each Tuesday evening, which will train you the techniques to make fitness a fun part of your everyday life. 
We will use common items you probably already have in your home and help you to feel comfortable with the basics of fitness and strength training.
Held in partnership with the Atlantic Superstore on Barrington St. Halifax, the workout sessions will be held upstairs in their Community Room.
