Fitness Programs
Check out “WHY WAIT?” our small group Personalized Training Program:
This is a 6 week program, one hour each week, which will teach you the proper techniques to make fitness a fun part of your everyday life, no matter where you work out. We will use standard weight room and cardio equipment and help you feel comfortable with the basics of fitness and strength training. Workout sessions will be held in both the fitness centre and the weight room at King’s College. At the conclusion of the “Why Wait?” program, you will have a complete workout routine, which you can use for years to come.
