FITNESS CLASSES and FITNESS PROGRAMS

Do you need to set up (or want to attend) a fitness Class or Program? How about Yoga?
We can create, organize, manage and/or teach any variety of classes you may wish to set up.
We have the training, knowledge, creativity, desire and experience that can only be gained from years of actually doing it!

  • Fitness Classes (Aerobic, Strength Training, Step, Stretch & Flexibility, Aqua, Stability Ball, Youth Fitness) for over 22 years;
  • DANCE (Jazz, Ballet, Improvisational, Modern, Creative Movement) for over 30 years;
  • Elderobics (Older Adult Classes) for over 16 years;
  • Change of Heart (for Cardiac Patients) for over 7 years;
