PERSONAL TRAINING

Cia Tweel can create an exciting Personal Training Program to teach you, motivate you and help you reach your goals. Her motto is “making fitness fun”

Reach and maintain your fitness goals with a workout program developed specifically for you! Our Internationally Certified Personal Trainer, Cia Tweel, can offer you the expertise, motivation and guidance needed to greatly improve your personal fitness and have a little bit of fun.

Cia has extensive training and experience teaching fitness and dance (spanning 30 years) to people ranging in age from 5-89 years. She has been ’personally training’ everyone from students and retirees, to professionals, as well as the rich & famous, for 14 years. Her variety of knowledge, skills and experience can provide you with an exciting program, designed just for you!

Choose to train at your Halifax area fitness facility or one of ours, in your home, on-line, by phone, the great outdoors, or any combination thereof.
