Cia has extensive training and experience teaching fitness and dance (spanning 30 years) to people ranging in age from 5-89 years. She has been ’personally training’ everyone from students and retirees, to professionals, as well as the rich & famous, for 14 years. Her variety of knowledge, skills and experience can provide you with an exciting program, designed just for you!
